Welcome to the payment submission portal for Umoja Refuge. This page allows current residents to review their payment options. We accept various payment methods to ensure a convenient experience for everyone. Please follow the instructions below to complete your payment.

Step 1: Purchase a money order

  • With cash or a debit card. You can get a money order at a post office, bank, or retail locations like grocery stores and convenience stores for a small fee.

 

Step 2: Fill out the money order

  • Write the recipient's name (Umoja Refuge LLC), your name and address, and signing the document in the designated areas.

 

Step 3: Deliver the money order 

  • Deliver by mail or in person and keep the receipt for your records. 

 

Step 1: Log in to your bank's website or mobile banking app

  • Find the section for sending or transferring money, often labeled "Send & request money with Zelle," or a similar name. 

 

Step 2: Add recipient and amount 

  • Add Umoja Refuge's mobile number or email address and enter the amount you want to send.

 

Step 3: Review and send

  • Review the transaction details to ensure the recipient and amount are correct then select "Send" to complete the transaction.

 

Step 1: Open the Cash App

  • Enter the amount you wish to send and select the "Pay" button.

 

      Step 2: Add recipient

      •  This can be the phone number, email address, or $Cashtag. 
      • Please list your name, monthly fee in the notes.

       

      Step 3: Select your payment method 

      •  The funds will be pulled from your Cash App balance by default, but you can switch to a linked debit card or bank account.
      • Tap "Pay" again to send the money. You may need to verify the transaction with your PIN or Face ID.
